Now is this what you call relaxing or what? You have to come out and see it for yourself. It's even better once you are here. Are you looking to get away from it all? Inzana Lake is located North of Fort St. James in the beautiful North Central Interior of British Columbia. Here's the lake from the lodge porch:

Come out and enjoy the scenery and fishing. We are also re-opening traditional Carrier trade routes for hiking and mountain biking. Inzana Lake Lodge is the birthplace of Rose Prince, whom some hope to see sainted.

Location

Inzana Lake Lodge is located north of Fort Saint James in the central interior of British Columbia, about 80km (50 miles) by good gravel road (no problem for RVs). Click here for detailed directions.

Fishing

Inzana Lake offers the best fishing around, with Lake Trout/Char (Salvelinus namaycush), Rainbow Trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) and some Whitefish (Coregonus clupeaformis). I once caught a Char this big!!!

We have worms for sale in the main lodge, and a fish cleaning station for you to clean your catch. You may leave your catch in our freezer. Fishing licenses may be purchased in Fort Saint James or on-line.

Boating

There is a boat launch available as well as motorboats and paddleboats for rent. Here is the dock as seen from the lodge:

Accomodation

Four cabins and sixteen campsites are available, all with outdoor toilets. The cabins have one double bed and two single bunks. They are provided with dishes and cooking utensils, a propane refrigerator and propane heat. (One cabin has wood heat.) Firewood is supplied at no additional charge to all cabins and campsites. Meals

Meals are available by arrangement with the caretakers.

Supplies

Gasoline is available, along with a limited selection of pop and candy.

Cabins	$80 per night for up to four people (≅ US$64, €48, ¥6,500)
	$10 per night for each additional person
Campsites	$20 per night
Meals	$20 per person per meal
Boat launch	$10 (free if you stay two nights or longer)
Boat mooring	$3 per day
Paddleboat Rental	$5 per hour
Parking	$5 per day (free for lodge guests)
